ORDER. Plaintiff's Motion for Extension (Doc. #14 ) is GRANTED. By Tuesday, September 9, 2025, Plaintiff shall pay the clerk an initial partial filing fee of $38.40 as directed by the Order at Doc. #13 . However, the total filing fee in this case remains $350.00. Also, within the same time, Plaintiff shall show cause why he has not submitted the signed financial affidavit in support of his motion to proceed in forma pauperis or, alternatively, shall submit the affidavit. Plaintiff's failure to pay the initial partial filing fee, submit the signed affidavit, or otherwise comply with this Order may result in a recommendation that this case be dismissed. Plaintiff shall update his address with the Court upon any changes within seven (7) days of the change by filing a notice of change of address.
