Plaintiff's failure to pay the initial partial filing fee, submit the signed affidavit, or otherwise comply with this Order may result in a recommendation that this case be dismissed. Plaintiff shall update his address with the Court upon any changes within seven (7) days of the change by filing a notice of change of address.
