STIPULATED ORDER REGARDING VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE OF GREENSTONE LLC AND VIATRIS INC. Greenstone and Viatris are DISMISSED without prejudice from all cases naming Greenstone or Viatris as a Defendant that are currently pending in MDL 3140, as more specifically identified in Exhibit A to this Order. This dismissal is effective fourteen days after the entry of this Order on the Plaintiffs' individual dockets, unless an objection is raised by individual counsel before that time. For any case naming Greenstone or Viatris as a Defendant that is transferred to, coordinated or consolidated with, or directly filed in MDL 3140 after the date of this Order, or that currently is pending against Greenstone or Viatris in this MDL but is not identified in Exhibit A, the Clerk of the Court must promptly docket a copy of this Order on the individual docket of such case.
