Plaintiff The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company, whose address is 175 Berkeley Street, Boston MA 021116, is entitled to a Final Default Judgment in its favor and against the following Defendants, jointly and severally: (1) Central Florida Construction Group, Inc., whose last known address is 6250 NW 75th Avenue, Chiefland, FL 32626; (2) Michael Graham, whose last known address is 6250 NW 75th Avenue, Chiefland, FL 32626; and (3) Rachel Graham, whose last known address is 6250 NW 75th Avenue, Chiefland, FL 32626 in the amount of $591,827.81--- (which includes $585,000.00 in principal damages and $4,096.61 in prejudgment interest through October 24, 2025, plus an additional $2,731.20 as prejudgment interest from October 25, 2025, through the date of judgment), $585,000.00 of which amount will accrue interest pursuant to section 55.03, Florida Statutes, until paid, for all which let execution issue. The Court retains jurisdiction to award costs and reasonable attorneys' fees according to law. The Clerk is directed to enter a Final Default Judgment accordingly and close the file.
