Accordingly, it is respectfully RECOMMENDED that: Defendant's motion to compel arbitration and stay these proceedings (Doc. #11 ) be GRANTED. This case be STAYED under 9 U.S.C. 3 pending resolution of binding arbitration. Within fourteen (14) days of completion of arbitration or other resolution, the parties shall file a notice with the Court advising whether the case shall be reopened or dismissed.
