ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS. Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. #9 ) is GRANTED to the extent Plaintiff may proceed with this case without prepaying the entire filing fee.
