ORDER. Kunkleman's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. #2 ) is DENIED without prejudice. The clerk shall send Kunkleman a complete set of forms needed to file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis (for non-prisoners). This case number should be written on the forms.
