AMENDED ORDER. This Order shall SUPERSEDE the previously entered order denying the motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. #6 ). The motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. #6 ) is GRANTED to the extent this case may proceed without prepayment of the entire filing fee. However, the total filing fee in this case remains $350.00. Pursuant to the Prison Litigation Reform Act of 1995, 28 U.S.C. 1915, even though Oswald is granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis, Oswald must pay the entire $350.00 filing fee in full REGARDLESS OF THE DISPOSITION OF THE DISTRICT COURT CASE (including dismissal). The clerk shall mail a copy of this order with the appropriate cover letter to: The Escambia County Jail, Finance Department.
