ORDER re #13 Amended Complaint. The Clerk of Court is directed to modify the docket to reflect that the Defendants in this case are: (1) City of Fort Walton Beach, (2) Cassandra Hodys, and (3) Lois Hill. The Clerk of the Court shall issue a summons for each of the three Defendants listed above and send the summonses to Plaintiff. The Clerk shall also send Plaintiff a copy of the waiver of service forms (an AO-398 form and an AO-399 form) for Plaintiff's use (it is Plaintiff's responsibility to determine the number of forms needed and make the appropriate number of photocopies).
