The Clerk of Court shall forward to Plaintiff Wallace Louis Temple, Jr., another 1983 complaint form and two application packets for requesting leave to proceed in forma pauperis by non-prisoners. Plaintiff(s) shall have until September 30, 2019, to file an amended civil rights complaint, which shall be typed or clearly written and submitted on court forms, and an in forma pauperis motion for each Plaintiff in this case.
