ORDER - Defendant's motion for an extension of time, ECF No. #6 , is GRANTED, but Defendant need not file a response until directed to do so in a subsequent order. Plaintiff shall have until 1/21/2020, in which to file a response to this Order clarifying whether his complaint includes a federal claim. The Clerk of Court shall forward to Plaintiff a 1983 complaint form so that Plaintiff can file a proper complaint if he desires to proceed in federal court. Plaintiff shall have until 1/21/2020, in which to file a civil rights complaint.
