ORDER GRANTING IN FORMA PAUPERIS STATUS. Plaintiff's initial in forma pauperis motion, ECF No. #2 , is DENIED as moot. Plaintiff's amended in forma pauperis motion, ECF No. #6 , is GRANTED to the extent Plaintiff is not required to pay the full amount of the $350.00 filing fee.
