ORDER. The Clerk of Court shall forward to Plaintiff a 1983 complaint form so that Plaintiff can file the amended complaint as explained, and another application packet for requesting in forma pauperis status bynon-prisoners. Plaintiff has until 3/2/2020, to file an amended civil rights complaint, which shall be typed or clearly written and submitted on court forms, and an amended in forma pauperis motion which provides a complete and thorough accounting of Plaintiff's financial situation. If Plaintiff no longer desires to proceed with this case, Plaintiff must file a notice of voluntary dismissal by 3/2/2020.
