ORDER GRANTING IN FORMA PAUPERIS STATUS - Plaintiff's in forma pauperis motion, ECF No. #4 , is GRANTED to the extent Plaintiff is not required to prepay the $350.00 filing fee. Because Plaintiff has had a zero inmate bank account balance for the past six (6) months, Plaintiff is not required to pay an initial partial filing fee. The Clerk of Court shall send to Plaintiff a copy of the Prisoner Consent Form (included in the prisoner in forma pauperis application packet), along with this Order. Plaintiff must sign and return the Prisoner Consent Form no later than June 15, 2020. The Clerk of Court shall mail a copy of this Order with appropriate cover letter, to: Department of Corrections, Office of the General Counsel, 501 South Calhoun Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2500.
