Plaintiff's Motion (ECF Doc. #5 ) is GRANTED to the extent that Plaintiff shall have thirty (30) days from the date of this order to file an amended complaint in compliance with the Local Rules. Plaintiff's Motion (ECF Doc. #5 ) is DENIED to the extent Plaintiff seeks to exceed the 25-page limitation. Plaintiff is further reminded that he must also file a complete motion to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the $400.00 filing fee on or before September 1, 2020, as provided by the Court's August 11 Order (ECF Doc. #4 ).
