ORDER DENYING MOTIONS FOR RECONSIDERATION: To the extent Plaintiff moves for reconsideration of this Court's Order rejecting his appeal of the non-final order, he offered no new evidence or arguments of merit to warrant relief. Accordingly, his motion for reconsideration, ECF No. #8 , is DENIED. Second, this Court has also considered, without hearing, Plaintiff's pro se amended notice, ECF No. #9 , which demands "a FORMAL INQUIRY by the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE," because this Court construed his notice, ECF No. #8 , as a motion. To the extent the amended notice, ECF No. #9 , can also be construed as a motion for reconsideration, it is due to be DENIED for the same reasons set out above.
