ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS: Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, ECF No. #4 , is GRANTED to the extent Plaintiff is not required to prepay the filing fee. Plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of $14.48 based on the monthly deposits in Plaintiff's inmate Trust Fund Account for the preceding six months as required by 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1)(A). The filing fee is reduced to $350.00. Plaintiff has until 8/15/2022, to submit the initial partial filing fee. After payment of the initial partial filing fee, Plaintiff must "make monthly payments of 20 percent of the preceding month's income" as deposited in Plaintiff's account. 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(2). The Clerk of Court shall mail this Order with an appropriate cover letter to: Pinellas County Jail, 14400 49th Street North, Clearwater, Florida 33762, Attention: Inmate Accounts. Plaintiff has until 7/13/2022, to either: (1) file a motion requesting leave to proceed in forma pauperis, supported by a computer printout of the transactions in Plaintiff's inmate bank account for the 6- month period of time preceding the initiation of this case, or (2) pay the full amount of the filing fee ($402.00 if paid in full).
