ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: The prior Order entered in this case which granted Plaintiff leave to proceed with in forma pauperis status, ECF No. #4 , is VACATED. The Clerk of Court shall provide Plaintiff with another in forma pauperis application packet for use by prisoners. Plaintiff shall have until 8/15/2022, to submit an amended in forma pauperis motion which must include a signed Prisoner Consent Form and a current and accurate copy of his inmate bank account statement which reveals all transactions in his account for the time period between January 1, 2022, and June 30, 2022. No later than 8/15/2022, Plaintiff must file a response to this Order which shows good cause for not dismissing this case. The Clerk of Court shall return this file upon receipt of Plaintiff's amended in forma pauperis motion and response to this Order, or no later than 8/15/2022.
