ORDER. Plaintiff's #1 request for the appointment of counsel is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Clerk of Court is directed to redact Plaintiff's date of birth and last four digits of his social security number on ECF No. #1 , p. 19. Plaintiff shall have until March 16, 2023, to file an amended civil rights complaint. The Clerk of Court shall provide Plaintiff with (1) a civil rights complaint form pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983 and (2) a habeas petition pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2254 for use by a prisoner. Plaintiff shall have until March 16, 2023, to amend his complaint on the proper form (whether a habeas petition or civil rights complaint).
