Filing 10 ORDER - No further action will be taken on Plaintiff's affidavit of indigency, ECF No. #9 , because it does not comply with 28 U.S.C. 1915. The Clerk of Court shall forward to Plaintiff another application packet for requesting leave to proceed in forma pauperis and a 1983 civil rights complaint form along with this Order. Plaintiff has until 11/20/2023, to either: (1) file a motion requesting leave to proceed in forma pauperis, supported by a resident account statement for the 6-month period of time preceding the initiation of this case, or (2) pay the full amount of the filing fee ($402.00 if paid in full). Plaintiff has until 11/20/2023, to file a proper complaint on the form used in this Court.
