Filing 11 ORDER GRANTING COUNSEL'S MOTION TO WITHDRAW - Counsel's motion to withdraw (ECF No. #10 ) is GRANTED. Plaintiff, Deshur Early, shall have until 1/3/2024, to: (a) file a notice of intent to proceed without an attorney; or (b) have new counsel file a notice of appearance. In addition to sending copies of this order to counsel, the Clerk of the Court shall send a copy to Plaintiff at both the address provided by counsel (see ECF No. #10 ) and the facility currently listed for him in the FDCs Corrections Offender Network (Suwannee C.I.). If Plaintiff fails to respond to this order on or before 1/3/2024, the clerk is directed to enter judgment of dismissal for failure to prosecute without further order of the court.
