All proceedings in this court are stayed pending arbitration, but this does not preclude the plaintiff from filing any appropriate motion consistent with the conditions she attached to her consent to the defendants motion to compel arbitration. The parties must file a joint report by the last day of each February (2/29/2024) and August (8/31/2024) while the stay remains in effect, beginning with February 2024, briefly setting out the status of the arbitration proceeding.
