ORDER - The Clerk of Court SHALL open two new civil rights cases one for each respective complaint -- assigning each a separate case number, subject to separate filling fees, and styled as follows: Christopher Matthew Miles v. Leon County Sheriff's Dep't, Leon County Jail, and Leon County Court. Christopher Matthew Miles v. Adam Ellington and Sheriff's Dep't, Municipal Government (position), City of Tallahassee (employer). The Clerk of Court SHALL file one complaint along with the corresponding IFP motion (found at ECF No. #7 ) in each new case. Despite Plaintiff's titles on the complaint forms, the Clerk SHALL docket Plaintiff's complaints as initial complaints and not as "First Amended" complaints.
