The time to file a proper IFP application and supporting inmate account statements or pay the filing fee ended January 19, 2024. The Clerk of Court shall forward to Plaintiff a copy of this Order along with an IFP application for use by a prisoner plaintiff. Plaintiff must file a complete IFP application on the proper form or, alternatively, pay the $405.00 filing fee no later than February 23, 2024.
