ORDER - The Clerk of Court shall forward to Plaintiff a 1983 complaint form so that Plaintiff can file an amended complaint if he desires to do so. Plaintiff has until March 1, 2024, to file an amended civil rights complaint, which shall be typed or clearly written and submitted on court forms. Plaintiff's "motion to seek compensation for medical malpractice/neglect and pain and suffering," ECF No. #4 , is DENIED without prejudice, and as explained in this Order. Plaintiff has until March 1, 2024, to submit the initial partial filing fee as assessed in the in forma pauperis Order separately entered this day.
