ORDER - The docket shall reflect that there is one Defendant in this action as provided for by the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. 2671, et seq.: the United States of America. The Clerk of Court is directed to issue summons for the Defendant (the United States of America) and provide it to Plaintiff along with another copy of the summons for service on the United States Attorney's Office. In accordance with 28 U.S.C. 636(c)(2), the Clerk shall forward a form for consenting to trial by the magistrate judge, with this case number written on it, to Plaintiff.
