ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION AND SETTING RESPONSE DEADLINE - This Court has considered, without hearing, Plaintiff's "motion for remand, and, in the alternative, motion for extension of time to respond to counterclaim," ECF No. #7 . The motion is essentially two motions-a motion to remand and a motion for extension. The motion for extension of time to respond to the counterclaim is GRANTED. Plaintiff need not respond to the counterclaim until this Court rules on the motion to remand and this Court sets a new response deadline, if necessary.
