ORDER. The Clerk of Court shall forward to Plaintiff a civil rights complaint form and an application packet for requesting leave to proceed in forma pauperis, both for use by a prisoner. The Clerk of Court shall correct the docket to reflect the following Defendants currently in this action as indicated in Plaintiffs complaint, ECF No. 1: Trooper Michael Leckinger, Sergeant Brian Speigner, Trooper Brandon Dumont, and Trooper Bernard Foote. All Defendants are employed by the Florida Highway Patrol. Any other Defendants, all "Counter Defendants," and all "Counter Claimants" should be removed. Plaintiff has until October 31, 2025 to file an amended complaint on the form provided in compliance with this Order and either: (1) pay the filing fee of $405.00 in full or (2) file a proper motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis on the form provided with this Order and supported by the required inmate trust account statements.The Clerk shall return this file no later than October 31, 2025., ( Notify Chambers on 10/31/2025., Amended Pleadings due by 10/31/2025., Fee due by 10/31/2025., Motions due by 10/31/2025.).
