Plaintiff's emergency motion for a stay of execution and preliminary injunction (Doc. #4 ) is DENIED as moot. The Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the parties' settlement. The parties shall file a status report on December 19, 2025, indicating whether the terms of the settlement agreement have been satisfied such that this case be dismissed.
