ORDER - The complaint (ECF No. #1 ), motion for leave to file IFP requirements out of time (ECF No. #2 ), and emergency motion for preliminary injunction and writ of mandamus (ECF No. #3 ), all filed and signed by "next friend" Cordeania Knox, are permitted to remain on the docket but will not be considered further because each is unauthorized and unsigned by Plaintiff Branton. The Clerk shall remove any pending motion flags. The Clerk of Court shall forward this order to Plaintiff Branton (DOC # H25682) at his DOC address listed on the docket, as well as Cordeania Knox, 7755 SW 8th Street, Plantation, Florida 33324-3343. The Clerk shall forward to Plaintiff Branton a civil rights complaint form and an application packet for requesting leave to proceed in forma pauperis, both for use by a pro se prisoner. Plaintiff Branton has until April 23, 2026 to file a complaint on the form provided and either: (1) pay the filing fee of $405.00 in full or (2) file a proper IFP motion on the form provided and supported by the required inmate trust account statements.
