The only § 1983 claims that may goforward are plaintiffs claim against CCA; against defendants Gills, Kats-Kagan, and Doyle in their official capacities, but only to the extent plaintiff seeks prospective injunctive relief; and against defendants Gills, Kats-Kagan, and Doyle in their individual capacities.
