ORDER - Within THIRTY (30) DAYS of entry of this order, Plaintiffs shall either: (a) file a notice of voluntary dismissal; or (b) file an amended complaint consistent with this order. The Plaintiffs shall label any amended complaint as "First Amended Complaint." This amended complaint and any attachments shall not list the full name of GCU or any other minor and shall be in full compliance with Rule 5.2 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The amended complaint and attachments may not exceed 25 pages unless the Plaintiffs submit a motion to this court that explains in detail why each attachment is essential to stating a claim for relief. The proposed amended complaint must be attached to any such motion. The amended complaint must contain a separate signature page for each Plaintiff. The amended complaint must remedy the deficiencies noted in this order and must be sufficient to satisfy this court that it has jurisdiction. The clerk of the court shall return to the Plaintiffs, without filing, the "Civil Cover Sheet" and "Notice of Confidential Information Within Court Filing" that the Plaintiffs submitted to the court and which contain personally identifiable information. Failure to comply with this order likely will result in dismissal of this action for: lack of jurisdiction, failure to comply with an order of the court, and failure to prosecute.
