ORDER. The Clerk of Court shall note on the docket that Plaintiff has paid $2.25 as an initial partial filing fee for this case. See case # 5:20cv252. The Clerk of Court shall forward to Plaintiff a 1983 complaint form so that Plaintiff can file an amended complaint if he desires to proceed with this case. Plaintiff shall have until 12/11/2020, to file an amended civil rights complaint, which shall be typed or clearly written and submitted on court forms. Alternatively, Plaintiff has until 12/11/2020, in which to file a notice of voluntary dismissal.
