ORDER. Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF Doc. #2 ) is GRANTED. The clerk shall send Plaintiff three (3) AO 440 (Summons in a Civil Action) forms and three (3) USM-285 forms. Within seven (7) days from the date of this order, Plaintiff shall submit to the Court three (3) service copies of the complaint (ECF Doc. #1 ) and the prepared summonses and USM-285 forms for Andrew Saul, the Attorney General of the United States, and the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida. Upon receipt of these materials, the clerk is directed to issue the summonses submitted by Plaintiff and send them, along with three (3) certified copies of this order, the service copies of the complaint, and the prepared USM-285 forms to the United States Marshals Service.
