ORDER granting #18 Motion to Cancel Hearing; granting in part and denying in part #1 Motion to Compel. The hearing set for September 2, 2021 on this matter is CANCELLED. On or before September 3, 2021, HCL shall serve an Amended Response to the Subpoena Duces Tecum served by GAC. To the extent HCL's subpoena response indicates it will produce additional documents, HCL shall produce such documents to GAC on or before September 10, 2021. The Court retains jurisdiction to enforce this Order, including the award of attorneys' fees and costs resulting from HCL's failure to comply with the same.
