Dispositive and Daubert motions are to be filed no later than 60 days following the close of discovery. Responses are due within 30 days. Replies are allowed only at the Courts request. The parties are directed to engage in one round of a settlement conference/mediation before the assigned United States Magistrate Judge within the 60-day period after the close of discovery and before the filing of dispositive motions and promptly notify the Court of the outcome.
