ORDER - The Clerk of Court shall forward to Petitioner an application for leave to proceed IFP. Petitioner shall have until 12/18/2023, to either pay the $5.00 filing fee or submit a new, complete IFP application. The Clerk shall forward four 2241 forms to Petitioner, writing "AMENDED" and the case number on the blank forms. On or before 12/18/2023, Petitioner shall file an amended habeas corpus petition using the 2241 forms provided and following the instructions in this order. He shall submit the amended petition along with two identical copies of the amended petition and any attachments, and keep a copy for his records.
