ORDER. Jackson's motion to stay proceeding (Doc. #4 ) is DENIED. Jackson shall have until January 20, 2026, to comply with the December 16 Order by: (1) filing an amended complaint that complies with the instructions set forth on the previously provided complaint form; and (2) either filing a complete application to proceed in forma pauperis or paying the $405 filing fee. Alternatively, and within the same time, Jackson shall file a notice of voluntary dismissal if he has not exhausted his available administrative remedies before filing suit or does not want to proceed with this case. Jackson shall update his address with the Court upon any changes within seven (7) days of the change by filing a notice of change of address.
