ORDER. McClellan shall have fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order to show cause why this case should not be dismissed due to his failure to comply with the February 3 Order. The Court will discharge this Order to show cause if McClellan complies with the February 3 Order within fourteen (14) days. McClellan shall notify the Court of any changes to his address within seven (7) days of the change by filing a notice of change of address. ORDER. McClellan's motion for the appointment of counsel (Doc. #2 ) is DENIED. The clerk shall send McClellan: (1) a civil rights complaint form for use in actions under 42 U.S.C. 1983 (for prisoners); and (2) a complete set of forms needed to file an application to proceed in forma pauperis (for prisoners). This case number should be written on the forms, and Amended Complaint should be written on the complaint form. Within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Order, McClellan shall file either a notice of voluntary dismissal or an amended complaint that complies with the instructions in this Order and on the provided complaint form. Any amended complaint must be typed or clearly written. Within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Order, McClellan shall either file a complete application to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the $405 filing fee. McClellan shall update his address with the Court upon any changes within seven (7) days of the change by filing a notice of change of address.
