Hob Knob, LLC. v. Zynga, Inc.
Plaintiff Hot Knob LLC alleged that Defendant Zynga, Inc. misappropriated its confidential technical information and used it to help create its "Zynga Direct" platform based substantially on Hot Knob's technology, concept, and functionality in violation of the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.
