Plaintiff Chamber of Industry and Commerce Wuppertal-Solingen-Remscheid alleged that Defendants Martha Stewart, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc., Emeril Legasse, HSNi, LLC d/b/a Home Shopping Network and SED International Holdings, Inc. sold, offered for sale, distributed, promoted and advertised cutlery products with the SOLINGEN certification mark, but were in fact made in China instead of Solingen, Germany.
