Respondent, Noe M. Perez, shall bring E.L. and any items necessary for his care and immediate travel back to Guatemala. The United States Marshals Service is DIRECTED to ensure that Ms. Reyes Ovalle is able to comply with this order, and shall accompany her, if necessary, to the airport.
