A Certificate of Appealability is GRANTED, in part, as to Claim A(1) (Juror Strig gles). The Court finds that there is a substantial showing of a denial of a constitutional right and "jurists of reason could disagree with the district court's resolution of his constitutional claim or that jurists could conclude the issu es presented are adequate to deserve encouragement to proceed further."
