| MINUTE ENTRY AND SCHEDULING ORDER: The Court held a pre-motion conference on July 10, 2018 regarding Defendants anticipated motion to dismiss. Plaintiff appeared pro se. Benjamin L. Reiss and Kieran M. Corcoran appeared on behalf of Defendants, Q Link Wireless LLC and Issa Asad. Plaintiff is directed to file a submission articulating the basis for this Courts personal jurisdiction over Defendants on or before August 9, 2018. Defendants shall file a response, if any, within two weeks of Plaintiffs submission. Should the Court find that it has personal jurisdiction over this matter, it will enter a scheduling order directing the parties to address any additional arguments arising under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). SCHEDULING ORDER: I will hold an initial discovery planning conference pursuant in Courtroom 11D South on the 11th floor of the United States Courthouse, 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, New York on July 10, 2018, to begin immediately following the pre motion conference scheduled before District Judge DeArcy Hall. Because the plaintiff is proceeding without counsel, I will not require the parties to engage in a formal meeting in advance of the conference.
