ENDORSED ORDER DISMISSING CASE. Plaintiff's Amended Complaint again fails to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court. Identical to the first Complaint, the Amended Complaint appears to bring only state law claims between Florida residents. The Amended Complaint provides no additional allegations that would indicate that this Court has subject matter jurisdiction over this action. Plaintiff's claims properly belong in the state courts of Florida. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice and Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed in forma pauperis #6 is denied as moot.
