Filing 6 PAPERLESS ORDER denying, without prejudice, #5 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff filed this 1983 action without paying the $400 filing fee. Thus, the court ordered him to file an IFP motion with supporting affidavit AND mandatory trust fund account statement. DE#4. Plaintiff has filed the IFP motion and supporting affidavit. DE#5. However, he failed to file the trust fund account statement, which is a mandatory statutory requirement. 28 U.S.C. 1915(a). Therefore, plaintiff is hereby ORDERED to file said account statement by July 25, 2019. The statement must fully cover the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of the complaint. Id. Furthermore, the statement must be FILED (i.e., received and docketed) by July 25, 2019. The court will NOT use the date on which plaintiff signs the statement and/or submits it to prison authorities for mailing as the date of filing. Plaintiff is thus cautioned to take any potential mailing delays into consideration when determining by when to submit the statement for mailing.
