August 22, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 6 PAPERLESS ORDER denying without prejudice #2 Plaintiff's Application to Proceed in Forma Pauperis (the "Application"). Plaintiff's #1 Complaint is missing pages. Consequently, the undersigned entered an #5 Order directing Plaintiff to re-file the Complaint in its entirety and prepare the appropriate summonses. To date, however, Plaintiff has not re-filed the Complaint or prepared the summonses, as directed by the Court. Accordingly, Plaintiff's Application is denied without prejudice. Plaintiff has until September 5, 2019 to re-file the Complaint in its entirety, prepare and file the summonses, and re-submit the Application.
