Additionally, this Court conducted a fairness hearing on December 17, 2019, and in accordance with the findings made on the record, the undersigned found that the settlement agreed to by the parties satisfies the requirements enumerated in Lynn's Food Stores, Inc. v. United States , 679 F.2d 1350 (11th Cir. 1982). This Court hereby DISMISSES THIS ACTION WITH PREJUDICE and reserves jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the settlement agreement up to and including March 30, 2020.
