PAPERLESS ORDER PROHIBITING ADDITIONAL FILINGS. THIS CAUSE is before the Court sua sponte upon review of the docket. On October 6, 2020, Plaintiff filed a #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis. Since then, Plaintiff has filed a "Notice of Filing Discovery: Supporting Evidence, Exhibits, Return of Writs," see (ECF No. 4), a "Notice of Filing Supreme Court of Florida Rule," see (ECF No. 6), a "Notice re Estate of Tedessa Smith," see (ECF No. 7), a "Summary of Fact Evident and Exhibits Hud 1 Settlement overcharging of fees and overcharging by double, triple attorneys fees," see (ECF No. 8), and a "Notice re Order of Court February 25, 2020 and April 07, 2020 DCA Court Orders," see (ECF No. 9). Plaintiff's filings are confusing and premature. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff SHALL NOT FILE any additional documents until this Court enters an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed in Forma Pauperis.
