PAPERLESS ORDER: This matter is before the Court on an independent review of the docket. On November 30, 2021, the Plaintiff filed an amended complaint. (ECF No. 14.) But the Plaintiff already filed a first amended complaint on November 16, 2021. (ECF No. 12.) Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(a)(1), a party may only amend its pleading once as of right. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a)(1). Any additional amendments are only permissible with leave of the court. See Edward Lewis Tobinick, MD v. Novella, 848 F.3d 935, 947 (11th Cir. 2017) (citing Fed. R. Civ.
