Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i). Here, Defendant Ur M. Jaddou has not filed an answer or motion for summary judgment or otherwise appeared in this action. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Notice, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-styled cause is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
